Join us for a fun afternoon of making your own tribal yarn belt at Mabuhay Leather. Make your own unique piece, or bring your fellow dancers to coordinate troupe costuming. And the best part is that no prior leather or crafting skills are needed! Abegail (of Mabuhay Leather) will guide you through building the perfect base and Katie (Artemis Studios) will help you with the yarn fringe
There will be 3 levels of belts available:
 
Basic belt $60 (such as the purple one, but this sample is still in the works):
Includes your choice of suede base, punching holes, eyelets for side ties, painting of designs, yarn lacing across the top, and yarn fringe.
 
Embellished belt $80 (such as the green and red belt):
Includes your choice of suede base, punching holes, eyelets for side ties, attaching shisha mirrors and small leather accent pieces, and yarn fringe with accent tassels. Small tribal embellishments available for purchase separately.
 
All Leather Belt $95 (sample coming soon):
Includes leather base, holes along bottom, eyelets for side ties, stamped accents, attaching leather accents/cut outs, and leather lace fringe.
